My No-School Morning Routine


Hello readers! Okay, so no matter what I love to start my day off with anywhere from twenty to sixty minutes of yoga. It helps me calm my anxious mind, and it also helps to lift my spirits. Seeing as I just began, I am not that great, but all good things take time!


This morning I actually did forty minutes of yoga!

After that I like to wash my face and start on breakfast.


This morning I decided to make a fruit salad! I used strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, and a cara-cara orange. I also drizzled a tiny bit of honey and put half a tablespoon of chia seeds over the top of it.



I also had about two handfuls of cashews and a HUGE mug of green tea! I had this all at about 11:00 a.m. I was not hungry again until about 3:45 p.m! I am not strictly vegetarian or vegan, but I do try to keep my animal and animal product intake to a minimum. This breakfast has so many different nutrients, how could you NOT love it?


Obviously, I changed from this before I went out! I didn’t take any pictures, but I wore a pair of black leggings, a tie-dye shirt from Urban Outfitters, my NHL Penguins hat, and my trusty ole Romeos. For my  makeup I wore a little bit of Urban Decay’s “Smog” eyeliner in my waterline and a Revlon lip butter on my lips!
