Hey guys! So I am finally back with a “What I Eat in a Day.”
I started running recently because my sister forced me to one day, and now I am kind of in love with it. So I start my mornings off with a quick run to get my heart pumping, then I will come home and do either a weighted circuit or a shadowboxing workout outside! This morning I came back from my run, did a leg circuit, and finished off with some yoga.
When I finally got around to making my breakfast, I found these amazing raviolis that my mom found a while back at Whole Foods in the freezer, so I cooked those up real quick.
While I was heating that up, I ate a few slices of watermelon and drank a little over a liter of water. When the ravioli was done, I tossed it in a bowl with a few handfuls of spinach and some hemp seeds! Also, I ended up throwing some of the Engine 2 Tomato and Basil pasta sauce in with this.
This kept me full for soooo long, and they are so delicious. I had to run some errands after showering, obviously. When I got home, I made a super basic salad with romaine and carrots.
Then, I got super hungry so I had a couple English muffins with peanut butter, banana, and vegan chocolate chips.
For dinner I made some pasta with spinach, zucchini, and more of the pasta sauce. I love eating more “whole foods” as supposed to the vegan “junk foods” because I like to be able to eat as much as I want without feeling like I am full of processed stuff.
