Vegan Cuban Sandwich Recipe

Hey guys! Today I wanted to share a recipe for my favorite sandwich ever. It’s so delicious and easy to make. I mean of course it’s easy if I can make it! Let’s get into it.

First up vegan sausage and vegan bacon! I used Lightlife, and I used Earth Balance to cook it all. 

Now, the innards! I use vegan mayo from Hampton Creek, dill pickles, and my FAVORITE Daiya cheese slices. I honestly love everything about Daiya except the smell. I know some people don’t like it at all, but it melts so nicely! The final touch is mustard, all over that English muffin! Yum.

Cook it in the same pan you used for veggie meats and voilà! I use a spatula to make it as panini like as possible.
